Ann has been practicing in the area of family law exclusively since September 2003. She is a long time Fayetteville native and has lived here on and off her whole life due to her father’s active duty military service. She has taught paralegal courses at Fayetteville Technical Community College in the area of Family Law. She attended N.C. State University in Raleigh from 1996 to 1998 and then transferred to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1998. She graduated from the University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications with a second major of Communication Studies. She then went to law school at Campbell University in Buies Creek and graduated with her Juris Doctorate in 2003 and passed the North Carolina State Bar in July 2003. Ann also has a passion for rescue animals and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Fayetteville Animal Protective Society (FAPS). She has had various animals throughout her life to include dogs, a cat, hamsters, parakeets, fish and a hedgehog. She currently has a Weimarner and Great Dane. Ann enjoys traveling, reading and being with her friends on her downtime.
